Contact us

I see everyday items as opportunities for everyday art - and each one unadorned is a lost opportunity. Thanks for taking the time to review my policies. I will try to be brief and clear - if you feel anything is unnecessarily confusing, feel free to let me know so I can improve.

Shipping details

Your package will be well protected and packaged securely. Your order will be shipped in a timely manner, and you will be notified when your order has shipped. Every effort will be made to ship your order within a few days of payment. USA Shipping will be by USPS Priority with Tracking, or another shipping method with tracking as appropriate. International shipments will also be made via USPS (International Priority), or another shipping method with tracking as appropriate. Shipping by USPS has usually proved to be my most economical option for the items I ship, but that may not always be the case. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs or duties charges that may apply.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

Please note that I can't accept exchanges or provide refunds unless the item is lost or damaged during shipping, but feel free to spend as much time as you like deciding if you would like the item before purchasing. If your item is lost or arrives damaged, contact me as soon as possible - I will explain what you need to do. Some items are not replaceable and can only be refunded, while other items can be exchanged or replaced with a similar item - I will let you know what your options are should the need arise. Note that I have not yet sent any package that was reported to me as damaged - and I am a very careful shipper. In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item or items, please let me know immediately so I can correct the problem.

Additional information

I can't guarantee that an item is suitable for a particular use or purpose. I didn't produce my "blank canvas" as it were - I converted an existing product to everyday art. I do not intentionally use damaged or defective items, but I do sometimes convert found objects - which is good for the environment. I tend to incorporate, rather than hide, some badges of use when they appear on found objects - this is what makes them unique.
